How it all started

In December 2018 I was preparing Christmas gifts for my sister-friends. I wanted to add something hand made to compliment the fuzzy socks I was giving them (one of my favorite things). I did some research on sugar scrubs and found that it would be perfect and easy to make. I whipped them up  in cute little jars but now they needed a name. Hmmmm as I pondered and slept on it God gave me the name Suga Lovin'. We are sweet souls who consistently care for others but may not do a self-care check. So my hopes were for them to take a break to scrub their achy feet and put on those fuzzy socks and relax. Sometimes you just need a moment to "Just Adore Yourself."
